    Upon receiving your service order, we will contact you by email to send your return guide to our offices.
  3. Pack and drop off at UPS.
    Pack your jewelry according to the instructions we will give you beforehand and take it directly to UPS.
  4. Relax and wait
    Our goldsmiths will perfect your Dinur jewellery and make it look like new. This usually takes about 4 weeks.
  5. Finished
    You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as they are ready. You don't have to do anything.
